        • Northern Lights sightings are not guaranteed as they depend on solar activity and weather conditions.
        • Participants should be dressed appropriately for Iceland's fall weather: layered, waterproof, and thermal clothing is essential. A suggested packing list will be shared.
        • All participants must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months from the travel date. Visa requirements depend on nationality; please check with the relevant embassy.
        • Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and weather-related delays is highly recommended.
        • Punctuality is essential for smooth daily activities.
